The hospital was established by Dr. Prasanna Joshi and Dr. Urvi Joshi, who transformed their ancestral Ganesh Lodge building into a modern medical facility. This preserved the family name and extended its legacy into healthcare.
The hospital's roots trace back to Dr. Prasanna's father, Dr. Shivkumar Joshi, a respected figure in Amalner's medical community. Dr. Shivkumar Joshi held the distinction of being the first MBBS graduate in Amalner and served the community with a practice spanning 30 years. His blessings and extensive experience paved the way for the new hospital.
